*Job Profile: Graphic Designer**

Role Overview:

The Graphic Designer will serve as the brand’s creative backbone, responsible for crafting premium visuals, marketing assets, and content that reflect a luxurious, global-standard aesthetic. This role demands a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into polished, professional designs. The Graphic Designer will work closely with various teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity and deliver high-quality graphics with speed, precision, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation:

- Develop high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring all designs align with the brand’s luxurious and global-standard aesthetic.
- Edit and enhance product visuals to maintain a consistent and appealing look across all platforms.

1. Brand Consistency:

- Create and maintain brand-consistent layouts and designs that reinforce the brand’s visual identity.
- Ensure all marketing materials and assets adhere to established brand guidelines.

1. Collaborative Development:

- Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to support campaigns with clean, impactful design solutions.
- Transform ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs that meet the needs of various stakeholders.

1. Project Management:

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design work.




- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

1. Innovation and Creativity:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to continuously bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
- Experiment with new design techniques and tools to enhance the brand’s visual impact.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

1. Experience:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a luxury brand or similar industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and projects, emphasizing premium and polished aesthetics.

1. Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

1. Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual details.

1. Personal Attributes:

- Highly creative with a passion for design and innovation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
