Key Responsibilities Design product labels and packaging for agrochemicals, biologicals, biostimulants and IPM products Create print-ready artworks for bottles, pouches, cartons, labels and promotional materials Design social media creatives, brochures, catalogues, presentations, posters and advertisements Adapt designs into different pack sizes and artwork dimensions Make corrections based on regulatory, marketing and printer requirements Coordinate with printers, packaging vendors and the internal team Maintain proper files and provide editable source files for all completed work Ensure consistency in Rovando’s brand colours, fonts and overall visual identity Essential Technical Skills Solid working knowledge of CorelDRAW Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Good understanding of CMYK, RGB, bleed, margins, colour separation and print resolution Ability to prepare CDR,



AI, PSD, PDF, PNG and JPEG files Knowledge of digital, offset, flexographic and label printing requirements Ability to create clean, premium and internationally appealing packaging designs Preferred Candidate Profile Honest, responsible and committed to work Creative with strong attention to detail Able to understand instructions and complete revisions accurately Capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines Good communication and coordination skills Experience in agrochemical, agricultural, pharmaceutical, FMCG or food-packaging design will be preferred * Candidates with prior experience in label and packaging artwork will receive preference
