Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Graphic Designer & AI Creative Artist to join our creative team at Tiruppur.

The role involves developing creative concepts and visual assets across branding, packaging, product launches, social media, digital campaigns, print communication, and retail branding.

The designer will work closely with the Brand, Marketing, Product, and Creative teams to translate briefs into strong visual concepts and production-ready designs.

The role will also involve:

- Developing creative concepts for new products and campaigns
- Designing packaging, labels, posters, social media creatives, and marketing collaterals
- Creating visual identities and maintaining brand consistency
- Exploring AI tools for image generation, editing, creative concepts, and campaign development
- Working with photography, image manipulation, compositing, and retouching
- Exploring new visual styles, design trends,



and creative techniques
- Taking designs from initial concept to final production
- Understanding and incorporating feedback while maintaining quality and timelines

Qualifications & Skills

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Visual Communication
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of Typography, Layout, Colour, Composition, and Branding
- Experience in Packaging Design, Branding, Social Media, or Print Design is preferred
- Good understanding of AI-based creative tools for image generation, editing, and creative ideation
- Ability to develop a concept from brief → reference → concept → final artwork
- Strong attention to detail and visual quality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio is essential
- Candidates with experience in fashion, apparel, textile, retail, FMCG, or consumer brands will be preferred
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is an advantage; relevant practical experience will also be considered
