The Role

Produce high-impact visual design, and short-form videos for B2B marketing, digital channels, and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Visual & Presentation Design: Create LinkedIn-first social assets. Translate complex tech/solar & energy storage concepts into clear visuals.
- Video & Motion: Develop short-form explainer videos, motion graphics, and social content (AI videos,



podcast editing, storyboarding through to editing).
- Collaboration: Partner with leadership and marketing teams to execute brand-consistent campaigns on tight timelines.

Required Skills

- Education/Experience: Degree in Design/Multimedia; 2–5 years in a digital marketing environment.
- Design Suite: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Video Pro: Hands-on with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
- Platform Savvy: Deep understanding of YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn formats and enterprise marketing.

Salary range - INR 4L to 7L (negotiable for the right candidate)
