Role Description The Graduate Research Assistant will support PInterview’s mission by conducting research that improves interview preparation content, methodologies, and user experience. In this full-time remote role, the assistant will design and execute research studies, collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, and synthesize findings into clear reports and recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing academic and industry literature, supporting the development of research instruments, collaborating with product and content teams, and helping evaluate the effectiveness of new features or training modules.





The role also involves preparing presentation materials, maintaining research documentation, and contributing to publications or internal knowledge resources.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to design studies, interpret findings, and generate actionable insights.
- Effective Communication skills, including transparent written and oral communication for reports, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient Research skills, including literature review, study design, and data collection using appropriate research methods.
- Relevant Laboratory Skills or equivalent empirical research experience applicable to social, behavioral, or educational research settings.
- Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program (e.g., Master’s or PhD) in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, Data Science, Business, or related disciplines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet project timelines.
- Experience with statistical or data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, R, Python, SPSS) and familiarity with survey or research platforms is advantageous.
- Interest in interview preparation, career development, or EdTech, and willingness to collaborate with diverse, global stakeholders.
