Role Description

We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career technology professionals who want to build their careers across software engineering, software development, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, web applications, APIs, databases, cloud, automation, and enterprise applications.

The Graduate Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, and improve software applications and digital solutions.

The role may involve working with Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, frontend and backend frameworks, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, automation tools, enterprise applications, and modern software-development practices depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science,



Artificial Intelligence, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, software development, application development, web development, backend development, frontend development, full-stack development, or related technology roles can apply.
- Final-year students who are completing their degree and are available for full-time employment may also be considered.
- Candidates currently working as Graduate Software Engineer, Junior Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Trainee Software Engineer, Software Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Application Developer, or Software Engineer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, Go, or similar technologies.
- Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, debugging, and software-development fundamentals.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frameworks will be beneficial.




- Exposure to backend technologies such as Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI, Node.js, .NET, PHP, or similar frameworks will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, web services, authentication, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, or similar databases will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Git, GitHub, version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or DevOps tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to cloud computing, automation, data engineering, AI/ML, analytics, cybersecurity, or enterprise applications will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Linux, command-line tools, scripting, or application deployment will be beneficial.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Willingness to work in an in office environment.
- Internship, coding project, GitHub project, portfolio, hackathon, freelance project, startup project, personal application, open-source contribution, or academic software project will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time software-industry experience can apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, cloud technologies, databases, and modern software-engineering practices.
