- Job Role & Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls from customers professionally Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
Provide accurate information and ensure high customer satisfaction
Adhere to process guidelines and quality standards
Maintain proper call documentation and system updates
(This is a non-sales, inbound voice process)
- Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduation mandatory (Any stream)
Experience
Freshers are welcome
Minimum 1 year experience in customer service (voice process) preferred
Linguistic Skills: Valuable command over required language(s) along with English/Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Shift & Working Details
Shift Timing: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (Any 10-hour shift) Working Days: 5 days working
Week Offs: 2 rotational week offs
- Salary & Benefits
Salary Range: 16,300 to 23,000 Salary depends on linguistic skill, experience, and interview performance
