Landscape Architecture will lead landscape design and planning across residential, and commercial also ensuring design excellence, sustainability, and timely project delivery. The role will be responsible for managing landscape consultants, driving design coordination, overseeing execution, and ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, statutory requirements, and brand standards to create high-quality outdoor environments that enhance project value and customer experience.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead landscape design and delivery across multiple real estate projects from concept to completion.
2. Develop and review landscape master plans, design concepts, and technical deliverables.
3. Manage landscape consultants and ensure timely, high-quality design outputs.
4. Drive design coordination with Architecture,
Planning, Engineering, and Project teams.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, sustainability standards, and authority regulations.
6. Support value engineering and optimize landscape solutions for cost, quality, and functionality.
7. Oversee landscape execution quality and resolve design-related site challenges.
8. Identify and mitigate design, coordination, and delivery risks.
9. Enhance project value and customer experience through creative landscape solutions.
10. Lead, mentor, and develop the landscape architecture team while fostering a culture of design excellence.
