About the Role

We are looking for an AI Search Optimization Engineer with a strong Engineer-to-SEO profile and hands-on experience in GEO, AEO and AI-driven search optimization . You will work at the intersection of SEO, content, data and Generative AI to improve how brands and content are discovered across LLM-powered search platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build and optimize AI-first content and data pipelines to improve visibility across LLM-powered platforms.
- Design and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for next-generation AI search experiences.
- Work on prompt optimization, retrieval structuring and semantic ranking for AI systems.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to make content AI-consumable, relevant and discoverable .
- Optimize structured and unstructured data for LLM ingestion , including RAG pipelines, embeddings and metadata tagging.
- Analyze how AI systems surface and rank information and continuously optimize content and ranking signals.
- Implement Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to improve direct-answer visibility.




- Monitor AI search performance and refine strategies based on user query patterns, search behavior and AI-generated results .

Ideal Candidate

- 4+ years of overall professional experience with meaningful experience in SEO .
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in GEO, AEO or AI-driven search optimization , including conversational and generative search.
- Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, AEO and AI/LLM-based ranking , including semantic search, entity optimization, query intent and content relevance.
- Good understanding of LLM ecosystems such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of how generative engines discover, retrieve, evaluate and surface information .
- Engineering background with a B.Tech / B.E. or equivalent engineering degree .
- Candidates from Digital-first, Consumer Tech, FinTech, SaaS or Marketing Agency environments with solid exposure to search and content optimization will be preferred.
