As a Generative AI - Software Engineer - Senior Associate, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to help solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and understand how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Leveraging advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets




- Designing and developing robust data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
- Conducting exploratory and descriptive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Utilizing data science algorithms and machine learning models to solve complex business problems
- Building and maintaining data pipelines and data lakes for efficient data processing
- Implementing predictive modeling and neural network techniques to enhance decision-making processes
- Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal skills and deepen technical knowledge
- Applying programming languages such as C++, R, and MATLAB to develop data-driven applications
- Creating data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
- Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in data science workflows and troubleshooting

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficient with LLM interaction frameworks like LangChain, Semantic Kernel, and LlamaIndex, and experienced in integrating, scaling, and deploying GenAI and agentic applications in production.
- Skilled in setting up data pipelines for both model training and real-time inference to support AI workloads efficiently.
- Advanced Python expertise including OOP, asynchronous programming (asyncio), concurrency (multithreading, multiprocessing), design patterns, memory management, and performance optimization for scalable GenAI systems.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, software design principles (SOLID, clean architecture), and hands-on experience with cloud-native development on Azure/AWS, including serverless, microservices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with additional OOP languages (Java, C++, C#) and familiarity with WebSocket implementations for real-time application functionality.
