We are looking for an experienced GM - Civil to lead Civil Maintenance for a portfolio of 10 buildings in Gurgaon (2 Residential and 8 Commercial).

Responsibilities:

- Overall responsible for Civil Maintenance - Waterproofing, Seepage & Leakage Treatment, Structure, Faade, Plumbing, Plaster, Painting and Finishing works across multiple sites.
- Planning and execution of Preventive and Breakdown maintenance.
- Handling BOQ, Estimation, Measurement, Billing and Rate Analysis.
- Managing renovation, refurbishment and interior fit-out works.
- Vendor management, contractor management and material quality check.
- Preparation of Annual Maintenance Budget - OPEX & CAPEX control and cost optimization.
- Leading team of Civil Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians.
- Ensure safety, quality and timely completion of all civil works.
- Prepare MIS reports and documentation.

Requirements:

- B.E / B.Tech - Civil with 15+ years experience in Facility Management / Real Estate / PMC.
- Must have experience in handling multiple buildings in Gurgaon.
- Solid knowledge of waterproofing, plumbing and repair works.
- Based in Delhi NCR.
