Zyro Logistics is looking for a motivated Fresher Full-Stack Developer to join our early-stage logistics company in Kochi.

This role is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience who is interested in web development, AI tools, vibe coding, agent automation, and building real-world business applications.

You will work closely with our team to build and improve digital tools that make logistics operations simpler, faster, and more efficient.

What You'll Work On

- Build and maintain web applications and internal business tools
- Develop tools for operations, customers, and internal teams
- Use modern AI-assisted coding and agent automation tools to build solutions faster
- Create and automate business workflows
- Test, debug, and improve applications and features
- Connect applications with APIs and third-party services
- Work with databases and backend systems
- Identify business problems and develop practical technical solutions
- Explore and learn new technologies and development tools
- Work closely with the team to turn ideas into working products

Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduate or candidate with 0-1 year of experience
- Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking ability
- Curious and eager to learn new technologies
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and modern software development
- Willingness to experiment and learn by building




- Sense of ownership and willingness to take responsibility
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude is a plus

Technical Skills Knowledge of some of the following is an advantage:
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- React or other frontend frameworks
- Node.js or other backend technologies
- Python
- SQL and databases
- REST APIs
- Git and GitHub
- AI coding tools
- Workflow automation tools
- Basic understanding of cloud or deployment concepts
