Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage freight forwarding operations, including air and sea freight, customs clearance, and customer service.

- Oversee team management to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

- Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-10 years of experience in freight forwarding or related field (air & sea).

- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs clearance procedures, and documentation requirements.

- Excellent customer service skills with ability to build solid client relationships.

- Proven track record in managing teams effectively to achieve operational efficiency gains.
