We Are Looking ForFor Recruiters

- 3–5 years of solid Blue / Grey Collar recruitment experience
- Proven experience in Bulk Hiring / Volume Hiring
- Strong local sourcing network
- Experience with field sourcing, referrals, WhatsApp groups, ITIs, polytechnics, job fairs, vendors and blue-collar portals
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle:
- Sourcing → Screening → Interview → Documentation → Joining → Deployment → Retention
- Target-driven and comfortable handling monthly joining commitments
