About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Healthcare Digital Transformation Consultant to help us design and implement an integrated digital ecosystem for a growing chain of diagnostic centers.

The consultant will be responsible for understanding our existing operational processes, identifying gaps and manual dependencies, and recommending/implementing practical digital solutions across our centers.

Key Areas to be Digitized

- Tele calling team management, lead allocation and productivity tracking
- CRM and complete lead-to-patient journey
- Online test/appointment and sample collection booking
- Home sample collection management
- Phlebotomist allocation, scheduling and live tracking
- Ambulance booking, allocation and tracking
- Patient communication through WhatsApp/SMS
- Multi-center operational dashboards and MIS
- Integration with existing LIS/PACS and other systems
- Automated workflows, alerts and follow-ups
- Management reporting and real-time operational visibility
- Process standardization and digital SOP implementation

What We Are Looking For

- Proven experience in healthcare/diagnostic digital transformation
- Prior experience working with diagnostic centers, pathology laboratories, hospitals or healthcare chains
- Demonstrated experience implementing CRM, booking, home-collection, field-force/phlebotomist tracking or similar systems
- Strong understanding of healthcare/diagnostic operational workflows




- Ability to evaluate existing systems and recommend the right technology/platforms
- Experience in integrating multiple systems rather than creating isolated software solutions
- Ability to work directly with management and operational teams
- Solid project management and implementation capability

Important:

We are specifically looking for someone who has done this before in a healthcare/diagnostic environment. Generic IT consulting or software-development experience without relevant healthcare implementation experience may not be suitable.

Expected Deliverables The consultant will initially be expected to:

1. Study and map our existing operational processes.
2. Identify areas requiring digitization and automation.
3. Prepare a comprehensive Digital Transformation Roadmap.
4. Recommend suitable technology/platforms and implementation approach.
5. Define integration requirements across different functions.
6. Assist in implementation, testing and rollout.
7. Train relevant teams and support adoption.
8. Establish dashboards, MIS and monitoring mechanisms.
9. Provide post-implementation support and process optimization.

Location:

Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.

However, we are open to experienced consultants/agencies from anywhere in India, provided they can undertake the required on-site visits and implementation support.
