Founder's Office Intern (RevOps)

Who we are

Walnutt is an AI-native recruitment company building the brain layer for tech hiring. We are in a business to read the engineer: how they actually think, how they work, and where they'll win, and deliver hiring as an outcome.

The role The Founder’s office (RevOps) role has three main things to own :

1) Customer Success: Manage the live clients, founders and CTOs. Track every open role, keep expectations clear, and drive the process that moves deals.

2) Candidates Management: Manage candidates from first shortlisting, screening call to joining day.

3) New GTM experiments. Run recent sales and marketing plays, AI-first. Test fast, measure, scale what works.

Bonus: Underneath it all, find what we still do by hand that a ‘smart’ person shouldn't, and help fix it.

This is not a coding role. It's for someone who understands engineers and would rather help build a company than write its code.

Who does well here The hinge is communication and people skills: you can talk to an Engineering lead/founder, read candidates,



and find efficient ways to become hard to ignore. Beyond that:

- AI-native by instinct. You run your day on AI tools already.
- Engineering background. Not to code, but because understanding how engineers think is what we evaluate for a living. SWE fundamentals are a bonus.
- A builder. You've run a fest, started a club, shipped a project, or sold something. You can create your own playbook.
- Reliable. Nothing better than this, not just here, but anywhere.
