Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Founder’s Office Executive to work closely with the founding team across Marketing & Sales, Project Management, and Procurement.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is a fast learner, proactive, organised, and willing to learn about a new industry. A Civil Engineering background is preferred, but strong candidates from other backgrounds are welcome.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Sales

- Develop marketing strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Insubuild’s products and technology
- Research new markets, clients, and business opportunities
- Manage leads, follow-ups, client meetings, and sales pipeline
- Build relationships with architects, developers, builders, and contractors
- Support brand management, marketing material, presentations, events, and campaigns

Project Management & Operations

- Assist with project planning, operations, and site coordination
- Coordinate with clients, site teams, contractors, and vendors
- Track project timelines,



materials, manpower, and deliverables
- Prepare project reports, trackers, and documentation
- Assist with BOQs, quantity calculations, and project data management

Procurement

- Coordinate material requirements and procurement for projects
- Obtain and compare vendor quotations
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery
- Track purchases, dispatches, and material deliveries
- Maintain procurement and vendor records

Who Should Apply?
- 1–3 years of experience
- Civil Engineering graduates preferred
- Fast learners from other backgrounds are also welcome
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Positive working knowledge of Excel and Word is essential
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with a high sense of ownership
- Comfortable with office work, client meetings, and site visits
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced startup environment
