Overview:

Work directly with the founders to support and execute go-to-market strategies, driving customer acquisition, partnerships, and growth initiatives. This role blends strategy, operations, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. GTM Strategy Support

- Assist in designing and refining go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation
- Identify target customer personas and key acquisition channels

2. Sales & Business Development

- Build and manage lead lists (outbound + inbound)
- Support cold outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Help prepare sales decks, proposals, and pitches
- Track and optimize conversion funnels

3. Growth & Marketing Execution

- Execute growth experiments across channels (social, email, partnerships, performance marketing)
- Coordinate campaign launches and track performance metrics
- Work on content strategy (blogs, case studies, landing pages)

4. Founder’s Office Support

- Work on high-priority cross-functional projects directly with founders
- Prepare reports,



dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
- Assist in strategic partnerships and collaborations

5. Data & Analytics

- Track KPIs like CAC, conversion rates, retention, and revenue metrics
- Analyze campaign and sales performance to generate insights
- Maintain CRM and reporting systems

6. Operations & Execution

- Coordinate between product, marketing, and sales teams
- Ensure timely execution of GTM initiatives
- Identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements

- Skills Required

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication (written + verbal)
- Familiarity with tools like Excel, CRM tools, and marketing platforms
