Role Description This Forward Deployed Engineer Unpaid Intern role is an internship position designed for B.Tech 2nd year students and is fully remote. Interns will support the development and deployment of AI-driven and software solutions, working closely with engineers to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

Day-to-day responsibilities may include writing and testing code, assisting with back-end web services, debugging issues, and helping integrate features into existing systems. Interns will also collaborate on documentation, participate in code reviews, and learn best practices for software engineering in a production environment.



The role provides exposure to real-world client use cases and encourages proactive problem-solving, ownership, and continuous learning.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating system or networking basics.
- Skills in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C++, or similar).
- Interest or experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic.
- Currently enrolled in a B.Tech program (2nd year preferred) in Computer Science or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and collaborate using online communication tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn recent technologies, and openness to feedback and mentorship.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic software development workflows is a plus.
