We are looking for an experienced Forex and Travel Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in foreign exchange operations and travel consulting, with strong customer service and sales skills.

The candidate should be fluent in Telugu, Malayalam, and English and be comfortable handling customers, forex transactions, travel bookings, visa-related requirements, and travel documentation.

Responsibilities

- Handle foreign currency exchange, purchase, sale, and remittance transactions.
- Assist customers with forex cards, exchange rates, and other forex products.
- Ensure proper forex documentation and compliance with applicable RBI guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of forex transactions and customer documents.
- Handle end-to-end travel requirements, including flight and hotel bookings, visas, travel insurance, and holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable travel solutions and customized itineraries.
- Assist customers with visa documentation and travel-related information.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, travel partners, and other service providers.
- Handle walk-in, telephone, and other customer enquiries professionally.
- Build strong customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Promote and upsell forex products, travel insurance, holiday packages, and other travel services.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.




- Stay updated on forex regulations, visa requirements, travel policies, and industry trends.
- Maintain proper records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

- 3+ years of relevant experience in Forex and Travel Consulting.
- Fluency in Telugu, Malayalam, and English is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of foreign exchange products and services.
- Good understanding of travel bookings, visa processes, travel documentation, and travel insurance.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales and relationship-management skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of travel booking software and forex operating systems will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in a forex company, bank, travel agency, or financial services organization.
- IATA or relevant Travel & Tourism certification.
- Knowledge of RBI forex regulations and compliance procedures.
