About the Role

We are looking for a Floor Manager to supervise day-to-day shop-floor operations, ensure production targets, maintain quality standards, and effectively manage manpower and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production and assembly line operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality.
- Manage manpower deployment, attendance, and shift allocation.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality,



Maintenance, and Stores teams.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, 5S, and workplace discipline.
- Resolve shop-floor issues and escalate breakdowns, material shortages, and delays.
- Track daily production output and prepare shift-wise reports.
- Reduce defects, rework, wastage, and production losses.
- Support operator training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Must-Have Skills

- 25 years of experience in manufacturing, production supervision, or shop-floor management.
- Experience in assembly line operations preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes, quality, and safety.
- Strong team handling, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Experience managing multiple production lines.
- Engineering Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment.
