Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Fitter to join our Production/Manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical components and equipment as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of mechanical components.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, measurements, and specifications.
- Perform cutting, drilling, grinding, filing, tapping, and other fitting operations.
- Assemble machine parts and components accurately as per requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Measure components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Check dimensions, alignment, and fitment of components.
- Identify and rectify fitting and assembly-related issues.
- Assist in machine maintenance and repair activities when required.




- Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in proper condition.
- Follow production schedules and complete assigned work within the required time.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor and other team members.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly work.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and fitment.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Educational Qualification
- ITI – Fitter or equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidates with relevant hands-on experience will be preferred.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or mechanical industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
