We are hiring a Financial Literacy Trainer to deliver a structured financial literacy programme for women beneficiaries, helping them build practical skills to manage household and enterprise finances. The ideal candidate is passionate about community development and skilled at simplifying financial concepts for grassroots audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver the Financial Literacy Curriculum through interactive and practical training methods
- Train women on money management, budgeting, savings, banking, financial inclusion and digital payments
- Provide practical demonstrations on UPI, mobile banking, cyber safety and fraud prevention
- Build knowledge on credit, loans, EMI management, insurance, pensions and government schemes
- Train beneficiaries on business costing, pricing, profit/loss, cash-flow, working capital and financial planning
- Support women in bookkeeping, maintaining financial records, receipts, invoices and transaction documentation
- Conduct practical exercises, case studies, financial simulations and business planning activities
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments and provide additional support where needed
- Maintain attendance, training records, assessments, session reports and beneficiary data
- Coordinate with centre teams for mobilization, training schedules and beneficiary participation
- Support documentation of success stories and financial empowerment outcomes
- Provide regular updates and feedback to the project team

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Social Work, Rural Development or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in financial literacy, financial inclusion, banking, microfinance, entrepreneurship or livelihood programmes
- Experience working with SHGs, rural women and community-based programmes preferred
- Practical knowledge of banking, UPI, digital payments, savings, credit and government financial schemes
- Financial Literacy/Financial Education certification preferred
