The Role:As a Financial Analyst Intern, you’ll work closely with the team to analyse financial and business data, identify trends, and turn numbers into meaningful insights that support better business decisions.

You’ll get hands-on exposure to financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business performance tracking while working in a fast-moving AI startup environment.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just work with numbers, but is curious about what those numbers mean for the business.

What You’ll Do

- Analyse financial and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Assist with financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and management summaries.
- Track key financial and business performance metrics.
- Conduct variance, profitability, and performance analysis.
- Support market, industry, and company research.
- Work extensively with Excel/Google Sheets and other analytical tools.
- Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:
- Analytical thinking — strong numerical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify what matters.




- Financial understanding — good knowledge of financial statements, accounting concepts, and business fundamentals.
- Excel skills — strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and comfort handling financial data.
- Business sense — you can look beyond the numbers and understand their impact on business performance.
- Attention to detail — you’re accurate, organised, and comfortable working with large amounts of information.
- Clear communication & active ownership — you can explain your analysis simply and take responsibility for the work you own.

Eligibility:Students, recent graduates, and graduates from Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields. Good to Have:

- Exposure to financial modelling, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with financial research or business analysis.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or reporting.

- Monthly stipend of ₹20,000 – ₹25,000, based on aptitude and performance in the hiring process.
