The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with QuickBooks and a solid understanding of accounting processes. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable activities.

/n

- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding payments.

/n

- Prepare and review financial reports and account reconciliations.

/n

- Analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.

/n





- Assist with auditing and reviewing various accounts.

/n

- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.

/n

- Support month-end closing and other accounting activities.

/n

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers regarding billing and payment-related queries.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

/n

- 2-3 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.

/n

- Hands-on QuickBooks experience is required.

/n

- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, financial reporting, and account analysis.

/n

- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

/n

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
