Job Title: Finance Executive

Job Summary

Iota Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Finance Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting operations of our organization. This role is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of finance or accounting experience who is passionate about accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry of financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor weekly cash flow.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Provide administrative and financial support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented workplace.

Preferred Attributes

- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
