Role Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to manage day-to-day financial operations, statutory compliance, material cost tracking, and financial reporting. In this role, you will work closely with executive management and project leads to ensure strict budget adherence, seamless vendor management, and comprehensive financial controls across all multi-site museum and exhibition projects.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance; Master’s (M.Com / MBA in Finance) or Inter-CA preferred.
- Experience: 4–7 years of core accounting and project costing experience, preferably within design/build, exhibition fabrication, interior turnkey projects, or construction industries.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime), MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modelling), and modern inventory management platforms.
- Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian GST laws, TDS rates and rules, e-way bills, and project-based job costing.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organisational ability to handle multi-project accounting simultaneously.
