- Perform detailed final quality inspection of finished gold and diamond jewelry before packing and dispatch.
- Check jewelry against approved designs, specifications, samples, and customer requirements.
- Inspect overall workmanship, finishing, polishing, and presentation of the jewelry.
- Check for scratches, dents, pits, marks, uneven surfaces, porosity, soldering defects, and other manufacturing issues.
- Verify diamond and gemstone setting, including stone placement, alignment, size, quantity, and security.
- Identify missing, loose, damaged, chipped, or incorrectly placed diamonds/stones.
- Check prongs, beads, channels, bezels, settings, joints, clasps, hooks, locks, and other critical components.
- Verify dimensions, weight, size, thickness, and other product specifications wherever required.
- Check symmetry, shape, proportions, and overall appearance as per the approved design.
- Inspect polishing and finishing quality and ensure there are no visible manufacturing defects.
- Check engraving, hallmark-related details, product markings, and other required identification details.
- Compare finished jewelry with CAD/design images, samples, or job cards where applicable.
- Identify defective or non-conforming pieces and segregate them for rework or correction.
- Clearly communicate quality issues to the relevant production, setting, polishing, or finishing department.
- Conduct re-inspection of corrected/reworked jewelry before final approval.
- Maintain proper records of rejected, reworked, and approved pieces.




- Monitor recurring quality issues and report them to the QC Supervisor/Manager.
- Ensure only quality-approved jewelry moves to the next stage of packing or dispatch.
- Follow company quality standards, inspection procedures, and production priorities.
- Maintain accuracy and consistency while inspecting high-value jewelry products.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to reduce rejection and rework.
- Support continuous improvement in jewelry manufacturing quality and workmanship.
- Maintain confidentiality and take proper care while handling high-value gold and diamond jewelry.
- Follow all company safety, security, and quality-control procedures.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of gold and diamond jewelry manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of jewelry defects and finishing standards.
- Good understanding of diamond/gemstone setting and quality inspection.
- Ability to identify small defects through detailed visual inspection.
- Positive observation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under production deadlines without compromising quality.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of jewelry terminology and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in final inspection of export-quality jewelry will be an advantage.

Qualification Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate

Preferred: Relevant experience in Jewelry Quality Control or Manufacturing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
