- Perform final inspection of machined components as per engineering drawings, specifications and inspection standards.
- Verify dimensions, tolerances, surface finish and other critical characteristics using appropriate measuring instruments.
- Handle and operate instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Thread Gauges, Plug Gauges and other precision measuring equipment.
- Inspect components using CMM reports / inspection reports wherever applicable.
- Review inspection results and ensure all required dimensions and characteristics are within specified limits.
- Identify and document rejection, rework and non-conforming components.
