• Procedures: /n ➤ Ensure adherence to standard costing policies and procedures /n ➤ Assist in maintaining documentation related to costing processes and methodologies /n ➤ Support implementation and improvement of costing systems and processes /n Costing Process Management: /n ➤ Prepare and maintain product cost sheets and BOM (Bill of Materials) costing /n ➤ Perform variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and highlight key deviations /n ➤ Assist in inventory valuation and reconciliation in coordination with stores and accounts team /n ➤ Ensure accurate allocation of overheads and absorption costing /n ➤ Support monthly closing activities related to costing and inventory. /n MIS &

• Reporting: /n ➤ Prepare periodic cost reports, dashboards, and analysis for management review /n ➤ Track key cost drivers and provide actionable insights /n ➤ Support preparation of standard vs actual cost comparisons /n Audits &

• Compliance:



/n ➤ Assist in cost audits and statutory audits by providing required data and documentation /n ➤ Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls /n ➤ Support internal audit processes and address audit observations. /n Continuous Improvement: /n ➤ Identify process gaps and suggest improvements in costing systems and reporting /n ➤ Support automation initiatives in costing and MIS reporting /n ➤ Stay updated with costing techniques and industry best practices. /n Coordination &

• Support: /n ➤ Work closely with production, procurement, and stores teams for accurate cost data /n ➤ Coordinate with finance team for reconciliation and reporting requirements /n ➤ Support cross-functional teams with cost-related inputs and analysis /n Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com with ICWA / CMA Cleared or CA with Costing Experience. /n • MBA (Finance) – Preferred /n Experience: 5-8 Years /n Other Skillsets (Technical/Behavioral): /n Function/ Technical /n /n
- Knowledge of costing methods (standard costing, marginal costing, absorption costing)

- Understanding of BOM, inventory valuation, and variance analysis

- Knowledge of accounting principles and cost audit requirements
