As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats and schedule visits.

- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

- Maintain robust follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

/n /n Required Skills: /n /n

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.

/n

- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.

/n

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.

/n

- Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.

- Freshers and experience both can apply.
