Role Overview:We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Field Sales Executive who can interact with customers, generate leads, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Explain products/services and handle customer queries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer information and update CRM records.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive approach.
- Solid follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Customer relationship management.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Prior experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2C Sales, Relationship Management, or Business Development preferred.
