Merchant Acquisition - Generate leads, explain product benefits, negotiate, and convert prospects into active merchants.
Onboarding & Setup - Assist merchants with software setup, product inventory uploads, billing configuration, and basic training.
Relationship Management - Maintain strong relationships with store owners and provide basic in office assistance when required.
Basic Troubleshooting - Help merchants resolve basic software or operational issues and coordinate with the support team when necessary.
