Field Sales Executive – Kotak 811 Account Opening

- Handle Kotak 811 account opening activities.

- Approach potential customers and explain the account opening process.

- Generate leads and acquire new customers.

- Assist customers with completing the required account opening formalities.

- Conduct field visits and promote Kotak 811 account services.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Ensure accurate submission of customer details and required documentation.

- Work toward achieving assigned account-opening targets.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition

- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned area.

- Explain the features and benefits of Kotak 811 accounts.

- Generate new leads through field visits and direct customer interaction.

- Convert leads into successful account openings.

Account Opening Support





- Assist customers throughout the Kotak 811 account opening process.

- Guide customers regarding required information and documentation.

- Ensure accurate entry and submission of customer details.

- Follow up on pending account-opening requirements.

Sales & Reporting

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

- Maintain records of leads and completed account openings.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers.

- Report sales and account-opening activities to the concerned team.
