We are looking for motivated and energetic candidates to join our Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers, promoting products/services, generating sales, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales.
- Explain product features, perks, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Prepare basic sales reports and maintain customer information.
- For field sales: Visit shops, dealers, distributors, and potential customers regularly.
- For tele-sales: Contact customers through phone calls and follow up on leads.
- For counter sales: Assist walk-in customers and complete sales transactions professionally.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Education:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass; graduation will be an added advantage.
- Language Skills: Ability to communicate in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Previous sales experience is preferred but freshers may also apply.
- For field sales roles, willingness to travel within the assigned territory is required.

Compensation Salary: As per experience and company standards
Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives may be provided.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Banking, Consumer Electronics, Insurance, or other sales-related industries will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
