Field Sales Executive (FSE) – Paytm Merchant Acquisition

- Join Paytm's core growth team as a Field Sales Executive.

- Work directly on Paytm payroll with an official offer letter.

- Expand Paytm's merchant network by onboarding local shops, retail stores, and businesses.

- Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new merchants.

- Install and activate Paytm QR Codes and Soundboxes at merchant outlets.

- Train merchants on product usage and assist with basic queries.

- Work toward achieving assigned sales and merchant-acquisition targets.

- Earn weekly and monthly performance-based incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Acquisition

- Visit local markets, shops, retail stores, and business establishments.

- Identify potential merchants and explain Paytm's products and services.

- Onboard new merchants as per company processes.

- Complete required merchant onboarding formalities.

Product Installation & Activation

- Install Paytm QR Codes at merchant outlets.

- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundboxes for business owners.





- Ensure proper installation and activation of assigned devices.

Merchant Relationship Management

- Explain and demonstrate the use of Paytm QR Codes and Soundboxes.

- Train merchants on basic product usage.

- Address merchant queries and coordinate with the concerned team when required.

- Maintain positive relationships with onboarded merchants.

Candidate Requirements

- Must own an Android smartphone.

- Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter).

- Comfortable with daily field visits and market visits.

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Willingness to work in a field-sales environment.
