Responsible for property inspections, client/buyer coordination, PVR preparation, property photography, and assigned field activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property inspections as per the company checklist.
- Accompany buyers/clients for property visits.
- Collect and verify property details during site visits.
- Prepare PVR (Property Valuation Report).
- Capture and upload property photos to the company website.
- Coordinate with buyers, clients, and internal teams.
- Follow up on assigned properties and provide timely updates.
- Complete other assigned field activities.

Requirements

- Two-wheeler (bike) and valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for property visits.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
- Positive coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
