Position: Field Recruiter

Department: Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit candidates for Promoter / Field Sales positions.
- Conduct field-level candidate sourcing through walk-ins, local references, job groups, colleges, and market visits.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility, communication skills, and job requirements.
- Coordinate candidate interviews and joining formalities.
- Maintain daily recruitment MIS and candidate database.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Achieve daily/weekly hiring targets.
- Build a strong local candidate network for continuous hiring.

Required Skills:

- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and networking ability.
- Willingness to travel locally for recruitment activities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass candidates with good communication skills can apply.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in field recruitment, bulk hiring, promoter hiring, field sales hiring, or staffing.
