- Conduct Mystery Audits to evaluate service quality and operational standards at our hotels.
- Perform Revenue Leakage Audits to identify discrepancies in bookings, tariffs, and inventory.
- Carry out Guest Experience (GX) Audits to assess the end-to-end guest journey.
- Maintain accurate audit reports, documentation, and tracking dashboards.
- Share actionable insights and coordinate with internal teams for corrective actions and improvements.
