Job Role

FI Executive (Field Investigation Executive)

- Conduct field investigations and verification of loan applicants and customers.

- Verify residential, business, and employment details.

- Visit customer locations to verify documents and information.

- Interact with customers, neighbours, references, and other relevant persons.

- Identify discrepancies and report findings to the Credit/Operations team.

- Prepare accurate FI reports within the required TAT.

- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for timely completion of cases.

- Maintain proper records of field visits and verification activities.

Key Responsibilities

Field Verification

- Conduct field verification of loan applicants and existing customers.

- Visit residential, business, and employment locations as assigned.

- Verify customer details, address, business information, and employment status.

- Cross-check documents and information provided by applicants.

- Interact with relevant contacts to validate customer information.

Investigation & Reporting

- Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or suspicious information during verification.





- Record findings accurately and provide them to the concerned Credit/Operations team.

- Prepare and submit FI reports within the required turnaround time (TAT).

- Maintain complete records of field visits, verification results, and case status.

Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for case allocation and completion.

- Provide timely updates on pending and completed verification cases.

- Ensure assigned cases are completed within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years of experience in Field Investigation, Credit, Collections, Banking, or NBFC.

- Experience in Vehicle Loans, LAP, and MSME will be preferred.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.

- Comfortable with daily field travel.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

- Good observation, verification, and reporting skills.

- Responsible, punctual, and comfortable working in a target/TAT-driven environment.
