About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site role for a merchandiser & product management located in New Delhi. The merchandiser will collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and collections that align with brand aesthetics. Daily responsibilities include sample management, staying updated with fashion trends, sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors.

The role also involves assisting in the design process, from concept to production, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.

Role & Responsibilities

- Merchandising Operations: Manage core day-to-day tasks, including sample tracking, data management, line sheet preparation, and e-commerce website updates
- Vendor & Sample Management: Follow up with vendors, coordinate sampling progress, conduct factory/vendor visits, and track shipments to ensure samples and production meet quality standards.
- Data & Workflow: Maintain accurate product documentation and track development workflows.
- Sourcing: Source fabrics, trims, and hardware for new product development and seasonal collections.
- Sample Organization: Manage sample organization, documentation, and general merchandising administration.
- Creative Support: Assist in building seasonal mood boards,



and conducting market and competitor analysis,
- Visual Assets: Coordinate product photoshoots and perform image editing for internal catalogs and digital platforms.
- Trend Research: Stay updated on current fashion trends, colors, creative techniques, and seasonal styles.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in apparel/textile design, merchandising, or a related role.
- Education: Fashion school graduate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Design Sensibility: Strong attention to detail and an excellent sense of color and composition.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional designers, vendors, and the production team.
- Organization & Time Management: Highly organized, comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and able to meet strict deadlines while working independently.
- Bonus: Hands-on experience with product photography and photo editing software is a strong plus.
