Our design language is rooted in premium minimalism, a strict black-and-white visual identity, functional silhouettes, and elevated everyday wear.

We are looking for a Fashion Designer who understands this vision and can help turn it into exceptional products.

Role Overview

As a Fashion Designer at Offcomfrt, you will be responsible for developing original apparel designs from concept to production-ready samples.

You will work closely with the founder, product development, and sourcing teams to create premium street-activewear collections that reflect Offcomfrt’s identity.

This role is for someone who is creative, commercially aware, detail-oriented, and passionate about building a fashion brand from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Collection Development

Develop original designs for T-shirts, lowers, hoodies, sweatshirts, jackets, and upcoming activewear categories.

Create seasonal collections, including men’s, women’s, and winter drops.

Develop designs that fit Offcomfrt’s premium black-and-white aesthetic.

Research global streetwear, activewear, silhouettes, fabrics, and emerging fashion trends.

Create moodboards, design concepts, color stories, and collection themes.

Translate brand vision into commercially viable products.

2. Technical Design & Product Development

Prepare detailed technical sketches, flat drawings, and tech packs.

Define garment measurements, construction details, fabric requirements, trims, and finishing.

Work on fit development, sample reviews, and product corrections.

Coordinate with manufacturers and sampling teams to bring designs to life.

Ensure the final product matches the intended design, fit,



and quality standards.

Maintain consistency across the Offcomfrt product range.

3. Brand Identity & Innovation

Maintain Offcomfrt’s black-and-white-only design direction.

Develop signature design elements that make Offcomfrt recognizable.

Explore innovative cuts, paneling, textures, prints, embroidery, and functional details.

Build products that stand apart from ordinary gymwear and streetwear.

Contribute ideas for future categories and global expansion.

4. Collaboration & Execution

Work directly with the founder on collection planning and product decisions.

Coordinate with sourcing and production teams for fabric, trims, and sample development.

Track design timelines and meet launch deadlines.

Review samples and communicate corrections clearly.

Help maintain a structured design library and product development records.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field preferred.

Robust understanding of streetwear, activewear, garment construction, and fashion trends.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Knowledge of tech packs, measurements, fabric selection, and sampling.

Strong attention to detail and understanding of fit.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple products.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Passion for building a premium fashion brand.

Preferred Skills

⁠Knowledge of CLO 3D or other apparel design software.

Experience in men’s and women’s apparel.

Understanding of garment washing, embroidery, screen printing, and other embellishment techniques.

Ability to create commercially successful designs, not just attractive concepts.
