About the Role

We are hiring two dedicated Technical Faculty members to deliver hands-on, industry-oriented training for the German Ausbildung Program - IGCC at III-RF (Indala College of Engineering and Polytechnic). The faculty will instruct students across the 2-year Electrical Equipment program and the 3-year Electrical Installation program. Selected candidates will undergo a specialized Train the Trainer (ToT) program to master the German curriculum and instructional standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training in Industrial Electrical/Electrical Systems.
- Deliver training in line with the prescribed German vocational curriculum and standards.
- Provide extensive hands-on workshop training and practical demonstrations.
- Train students in electrical installation, equipment, systems, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure students develop the practical competencies and workplace discipline expected in German vocational training.
- Prepare lesson plans, practical exercises, training material and internal assessments.
- Evaluate students on their theoretical knowledge, practical skills and competency development.
- Maintain attendance, assessment and student progress records.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safety of workshop equipment and tools.
- Mentor students and continuously improve their technical and practical capabilities.
- Coordinate with the Principal,



Management and programme stakeholders regarding training delivery and student progress.
- Support implementation of curriculum requirements, internal assessments and quality standards.
- Contribute to creating an industry-oriented learning environment, preparing students for international employment pathways.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a closely related technical field.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in teaching and training in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience in both electrical equipment and Electrical Installation.
- Prior experience in teaching, vocational training, or industrial mentoring is highly preferred.
- Willingness to adapt to international teaching frameworks and participate in rigorous ToT programs.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for shaping the next generation of industrial electricians.

The Prospect

This is not a conventional teaching position. The selected faculty member will become part of a German-standard vocational education initiative designed to develop skilled Indian talent for international industry and employment pathways.

The role therefore requires someone who can combine technical knowledge + industrial experience + practical teaching ability + professional discipline.
