About the Role

HARITHA ENGINEERING WORKS is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Supervisor - Fabrication & Production to oversee plant operations, fabrication activities, production processes, and quality control. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth plant functioning, handling customer inspections, maintaining quality standards, and supervising the Laser Cutting Machine operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day fabrication and production activities within the plant.
- Ensure all fabrication work is carried out as per quality standards and customer requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Handle and coordinate customer inspections and ensure successful inspection approvals.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance coordination of the Laser Cutting Machine.
- Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products for quality compliance.
- Coordinate with production, design, and maintenance teams to resolve quality and production issues.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
- Maintain inspection records, quality reports, and production documentation.
- Monitor adherence to safety standards and plant procedures.




- Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Supervise shop floor personnel and ensure effective workflow management.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Fabrication, Production, or Quality Supervision.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, sheet metal, and manufacturing practices.
- Experience in handling customer inspections and quality audits.
- Knowledge of Laser Cutting Machine operations and production monitoring.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication plans.
- Strong leadership and plant supervision skills.
- Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written) are mandatory.
- Excellent coordination, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently manage plant operations and workforce.
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
