We are hiring for Executive – Customs Clearance (Export)

Industry: CHA, Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Export Oriented

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 3 - 4 Years

Qualification: Graduation

Salary: Upto 4.8 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end Export Documentation & Customs Clearance.

Prepare and file Shipping Bills through ICEGATE/EDI.

Handle FOB, CIF, C&F;, Drawback, EPCG, Advance Authorization, RODTEP & ROSCTL shipments.

Verify invoices, packing lists, PO/sales contracts, HSN, value and scheme details.

Handle Customs RMS/Appraising Officer queries and resolve documentation discrepancies.

Coordinate with exporters, customers, CHA, freight forwarders and internal teams.

Ensure timely processing and clearance of export shipments.

Knowledge of Import Documentation & Customs Clearance is an added advantage.
