About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, presentable and proactive Outreach Executive who will be responsible for expanding the reach of AIM HIGH across schools and coaching institutes.

The candidate will be responsible for institutional outreach, AIM HIGH presentations and demonstrations, session coordination, relationship building and promoting/selling the AIM HIGH application to schools and coaching institutes.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Increase the reach and presence of AIM HIGH across schools and coaching institutes.
- Identify and connect with new schools, coaching institutes and educational organisations.
- Meet Principals, Directors, Coordinators, Counsellors and other key decision-makers.
- Explain how AIM HIGH works and how it benefits both students and teachers.
- Conduct professional presentations and demonstrations of the AIM HIGH application for schools and coaching institutes.
- Explain the key features,



benefits and practical applications of AIM HIGH to institutional stakeholders.
- Promote and sell the AIM HIGH application to schools and coaching institutes.
- Generate leads and convert prospective institutions into AIM HIGH partners/users.
- Coordinate and facilitate AIM HIGH sessions, presentations and student engagement programmes.
- Conduct regular school and coaching institute visits for outreach and business development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
- Follow up with prospective institutions for meetings, presentations, sessions and app onboarding.
- Maintain records of institutional visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups and conversions.
- Work towards assigned outreach, session and sales targets.
- Coordinate with the internal team for successful execution of confirmed sessions and institutional onboarding.
- Represent AIM HIGH and SDH Eduventures Pvt. Ltd. professionally during all institutional interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 1–3 years of experience in school, coaching institute or education-sector outreach.
- Prior experience in school/coaching sales, institutional outreach, business development or education counselling will be preferred.
- Presentable,



confident and professional personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Gujarati communication skills will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with regular travel and field visits.
- Strong relationship-building, networking and follow-up skills.
- Confident in giving presentations and explaining products/services to institutional decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
- Good understanding of the school and coaching ecosystem will be an advantage.
