We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to support our Refurbishment Operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing refurbishment-related MIS activities, maintaining SAP records, monitoring service operations, tracking productivity, and generating timely reports to support effective business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & MIS Management
- Prepare and share Machine Health Reports as required.
- Generate Machine VI Status Reports along with estimated budget details and supporting photographs.
- Publish daily flash reports covering machine and asset refurbishment status, including:
- VI Status
- Budget Status
- Refurbishment Forms
- PDI Status
- Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports aligned with defined KRAs.
- Generate machine-wise Estimated Budget vs BM vs Actual Cost reports.
- Prepare Asset Inward and Outward reports with photographs.
- Share External PDI Observation reports whenever required.
SAP Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate SAP data entry and maintenance for:
- Refurbishment Forms
- PDI Reports
- VI Reports
- Budget Details
- Maintain complete and accurate refurbishment-related records in SAP.
Refurbishment Process Monitoring
- Track refurbishment activities from initiation to closure.
- Monitor service calls and ensure timely updates on activity status.
- Maintain end-to-end visibility and accountability of:
- Service Calls
- VI Reports
- Budget Approvals
- Refurbishment Forms
- PDI Activities
Productivity Monitoring
- Generate daily productivity reports for team members.
- Prepare and publish monthly Service Engineer Productivity MIS reports.
- Collect and consolidate daily work plans from Service Engineers.
Tracking & Escalation Management
- Maintain daily Issue Tracker reports.
- Monitor SLA compliance for Service Engineer tasks.
- Send Red Alert and escalation emails as per defined timelines and protocols.
- Highlight critical issues and delays to relevant stakeholders.
Inventory & Asset Tracking
- Monitor and report weekly Parts Cannibalization status.
- Track machine movement and refurbishment-related asset records.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of inward and outward asset movement.
Desired Candidate Profile Graduate/Post Graduate with relevant experience in MIS and Operations Support.
2 - 5 years of experience in MIS reporting, service operations, or refurbishment operations.
Strong working knowledge of SAP and MS Excel (Advanced Excel preferred).
Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and dashboard preparation.
Good understanding of service operations and process tracking.
Robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple reports and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
