Role & responsibilities

- Stock Tracking: Monitor daily inventory levels using warehouse management software (like SAP, ERP, or Excel).

- Receiving & Dispatch: Check incoming vendor deliveries against purchase orders and ensure smooth dispatch of outgoing goods.

- Audits & Reconciliations: Conduct regular cycle counts, physical stock audits, and resolve any discrepancies.

- Organization: Ensure items are stored in designated locations with proper labeling and safety protocols.

- Coordination: Communicate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams regarding stock replenishment and order status.
