The Housekeeping department plays a critical role in maintaining the property’s presentation, cleanliness, guest-room standards, public areas, and overall luxury experience.

About The Role The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for leading and managing the complete Housekeeping operation.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience in luxury or five-star hospitality and demonstrate strong leadership, operational knowledge, attention to detail, and an understanding of luxury guest expectations.

- Housekeeping Operations

- Lead and oversee all day-to-day Housekeeping operations.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Ensure guest rooms, suites, public areas, back-of-house areas, and other assigned areas are maintained properly.
- Monitor room and public-area inspection standards.
- Ensure the Housekeeping operation runs efficiently and consistently.
- Maintain the property’s distinctive heritage and luxury character.

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the Housekeeping team.
- Train and mentor team members.
- Establish clear operational standards and expectations.
- Monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Support effective manpower planning and deployment.
- Encourage teamwork and professional development within the department.
