Role Summary The Field Management Trainee will support the execution of outlet recce, project audits, and field reporting activities. The selected candidate will undergo structured training to understand retail fit-out execution, quality audits, vendor coordination, and project documentation. Key Responsibilities Outlet Recce u00b7 Conduct outlet/site surveys along with vendors and branch teams.

u00b7 Capture site measurements, photographs, and observations.

u00b7 Report potential site challenges and assist in identifying practical solutions. 3D Coordination u00b7 Coordinate with the design team for preparation and finalization of 3D visualizations.

u00b7 Assist in collecting site inputs required for design approvals. BOQ Support u00b7 Assist in reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and ensure project requirements are accurately captured.

u00b7 Coordinate with internal teams for BOQ-related clarifications. Work-in-Progress (WIP) Audits u00b7 Visit project sites to monitor execution progress.

u00b7 Verify work against approved specifications and report any deviations.

u00b7 Support timely closure of observations with vendors and internal teams. Final Audit & Project Closure u00b7 Participate in final project inspections.

u00b7 Verify completion of work as per quality standards.

u00b7 Support documentation required for project handover and closure. Repair Work Audits u00b7 Inspect repair and maintenance activities at project sites.





u00b7 Ensure repairs are completed as per approved quality standards. Photo Documentation u00b7 Capture and maintain pre- and post-execution photographs of Fixture & Installation (F&I;) and repair works.

u00b7 Ensure timely sharing of project documentation with relevant stakeholders. Reporting & Documentation u00b7 Maintain project trackers and update audit records.

u00b7 Prepare weekly and fortnightly project status reports and presentations.

u00b7 Assist in preparing monthly completion reports and dashboards.

u00b7 Conduct market visits and share observation reports with the reporting manager. Desired Skills u00b7 Good communication and coordination skills.
